@jwcph what's the browser and OS + versions that you're using?

@phanpy This happened on both my laptop, running MacOS Monterey, and on my phone, which is a Redmi T9 running Xiaomi's custom Android, with Firefox as the browser on both platforms - I just tried again this morning & it works now on both, so apparently it was an intermittent issue.
