Some of my past #SelfPortraits from 2013-2015.

A grid-like collage with 6 individual portraits. The top row contains three portraits: one in color showing me with rainbow colored hair, another in black and white with me looking directly at the camera, and the last one in black and white of me with hair in a bun and wearing large earrings. The second row has two portraits: one in black and white showing me with hair pulled back, and another close-up in black and white of me wearing 3 pairs of sunglasses together. The final portrait is located in the lower-left corner and is a color image of me their head tilted back, wearing dark makeup and red lipstick. The lighting and composition in each portrait varies, creating a dynamic and visually appealing arrangement.

@ClimateJenny That's a very good analogy for the stitching! First I lay the #scraps like a paper or mixedmedia #collage (I started with paper art journals where I also embroidered things).
For the children's workshops in our cultural heritage centre I carry always a treasure box with scraps for their collages, they adore to discover the #fabrics.
