Alex@rtnVFRmedia Suffolk UK<p>for US folk, <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/Coomber" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Coomber</span></a> is the UK equivalent of <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/Califone" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Califone</span></a> (they also made solid AV equipment for <a href="https://social.tchncs.de/tags/schools" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>schools</span></a> that always looked a decade or two out of date) - in the case of Coomber (which lasted as an AV company until 2023) their managing director said this was deliberate, as when a school got burgled their equipment was often left alone as it was considered "too old" 😁</p>
