mirabilos<p>Delicious <a href="https://toot.mirbsd.org/tags/couscous" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Couscous</span></a> <a href="https://toot.mirbsd.org/tags/merguez" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Merguez</span></a></p><p>And because I <em>know</em> <span class="h-card"><a href="https://mastodon.social/@regehr" class="u-url mention" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">@<span>regehr</span></a></span> is going to ask me, here’s all the vegetables I recognised:</p><p>chickpeas, carrot, bell peppers, cabbage, celery, aubergine, two kinds of pumpkin (one is Hokkaido, one is brighter, less mushy but softer), onion, some green leafy thing (leek? parsley? mint? maybe all of these?), zucchini</p><p>I may not have recognised everything in it.</p><p>Add to that the marinated raisins you’re supposed to sprinkle on top yourself, of course, and the <a href="https://toot.mirbsd.org/tags/harissa" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Harissa</span></a> (arabic ketchup (just kidding, it’s quite hot but delicious) made from paprika and garlic basically), and the Merguez (arabic sausage made of lamb and beef and a bit of paprika and spices) decorated with chives, parsley and… dandelion maybe? No idea but I ate it.</p>
