MarvinWhen <a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/Marcos" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Marcos</a> won despite the sheer brain rot and moral corruption on a national scale needed in order for that to happen, that's also when I realized that these candidates are really just a small, visible symptom of the general decay of the electorate. Something infinitely more frightening is happening to the people themselves who allowed it to happen. In some ways, it's almost futile to stop it because it's the country's logical trajectory. I see this happening with <a href="https://mastodon.sdf.org/tags/Trump" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Trump</a> and the US.
