The farmer walks through, everybode is silent. Than the talk continues: "These closed networks only want to profit from us; it's dangerous to feel safe here."

"How about following me? Open an account, for example, on Mastodon or Pixelfed or Pleroma, to name just a few servers in the Fediverse."

(addition: forgive my poor english, as some guys pointed out: You do not give Facebook the copyright to your posts. You give them a license to your content.
however you call it, I'd say.)

Yes.
As long as your images and yours are online on meta, you've transferred the copyright to them.
