Erica the faeGot a really generous care-package from Nivea today after having spoken to their customer service over email.I had bought a bunch of their green rice scrub (with the new design), since I loved the old version, but apparently they've now updated the formular and made it more effective. After some back and forth (when we figured out that this change, that I had percieved as a fault, actually was an intended feature) she recommended the milder versions of the rice scrub and offered to send me some so that I could try them instead.Today I recieved a package with not only those but three extra goodies to try out. Honestly, I'm so impressed - not only with how generous this is (after all, technically they weren't in the wrong) but also with the entire customer service experience. Being used to chat-robots and convoluted self-help FAQs, it is startlingly novel to get to talk to an actual human being - you know, one who actually reads your questions and clearly gives a damn.PS. The pink rice scrub smells devine!
