In case of ONI, things like the "infinite storage", or the "submerged electrolyzer".<br>On one hand, it's people's creativity to find it, and make use of it, in quite interesting designs. And I think a lot of people here can appreciate clever (ab)use of systems. <br>On the other,it is abuse and "not how it should work"</p>

Bionic Booster Pack looks interesting, but wow, once you get to the rechargeable power packs so that you're not eating through metals like crazy for building batteries out of, you basically need a coal generator per duplicant for charging them, whereas my single one is currently powering whole 6 dupe base, and has some downtime.</p>

Agnieszka R. Turczyńska<p>There is an annoying bug in Oxygen Not Included. It has been mentioned by some YT channels playing the game, but it seems still not everyone got the memo. So, here it is, to avoid confusion and frustration.</p><p>When you try to make "Not 0K, but pretty cool" achievement, the temperature of the building is not being checked runtime, but when you load the game. So, if you are trying to get it, check if the temperature of the building is low enough, then save and reload to actually get the achievement.</p><p>I've been frustrated on my own. Agnieszka R. Turczyńska<p>Because I am bored, I've decided to shutdown the industrial sauna in a controlled manner. Some silly mistakes, a lot of unnecessary effort, and it's done.</p><p>Speaking of mistakes. One of the ONI youtuber has admitted once he had a silly problem with constantly overheating steam power generator. Yeah, obviously, he put a joint-plate between steam room and a generator room in a way it has touched the generator. That's very dumb thing. Don't to that. Just don't.</p><p>So, I had a huge amount of heat to disperse from the sauna, as everything was covered in granite tempshift plates. I needed to use two aquatuners to barely cooling down the supercoolant. And I've used the same loop to keep my power room below 100°C. And after dozen or so cycles everything goes bonkers. I've noticed the supercoolant went up to 130°. So did steam power generators. I've added a third aquatuner and a separate loop to keep the power room chill. Disabled the sauna cooling, cooled down the power room significantly, started the main contraption again. Then, again, it has overheated.</p><p>Then I've noticed what is wrong. Yes, I fucking did it. I placed the joint plate directly between the steam room and power room.</p><p>I've added the steam temperature sensor to disable the main contraption if it's too hot there. Quickly rerouted the power supply to get rid of this joint plate. Cooled down the power room. It has worked like a charm. So, no hickups on heat deletion anymore.</p><p>However, on the cooling down the sauna front, progress has been barely visible. I've finally decided to dismantle the tempshift plates. I regret I haven't done this at the very beginning. That would save me quite a lot of cycles.</p><p>Anyway, all steam is cooled down to seventy-something water. Only some CO2 has left.</p><p>So, I am putting the tempshift plates back and I am warming the sauna again. Exercise done, lessons learnt. Totally pointless, unless you want to move your sauna to another place.</p><p>In the meantime I am reworking the whole interior and automations, as I am moving slicksters to a separate room.
