Photographer Breaks Yet Another Guinness World Record for the Deepest Underwater Model Photoshoot
A #photographer has gone to new lengths (or, in this case, depths) to create a unique #photograph. Canadian photographer #SteveHaining and model #CiaraAntoski recently set a Guinness World Record for the deepest #underwater model photoshoot. The shoot took place at 49.8 meters (163.4 feet) on a shipwreck near #BocaRaton, #Florida, producing otherworldly images.

Adaptable Capuchin in the Wild

Here is a white-faced capuchin monkey (Cebus capucinus) that I encountered in Roatan, Honduras, a couple of years ago. Upon reviewing the photograph, I just noticed that the monkey appears to have only one arm—something I failed to observe at the time. Another detail I've noted is that these monkeys seem to possess fully articulated hands in place of feet, a feature that differs slightly to significantly from those of the great apes.

#ScribesAndMakers 2503.19 — At what age did you start creating?

Is as far back as I can remember an okay answer?

I can remember sitting in the front of the TV watching Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In (look it up), playing imaginary games with my toys, making them walk, making them roll, making them fly, and sometimes tea was involved. The figurines talked and we gabbed and gossiped and discussed important life events! The vehicles made what I thought very authentic noises!! There were adventures galore!!! I remember being part and parcel to those adventures and conversations. They really happened, were I asked, and if friends were about, we all participated.

Now I am an author.

Pure coincidence.

Absolutely!

Tiny Titan of the Forest

This morning, I spotted a tufted titmouse (Baeolophus bicolor). I'm not sure how many of these delightful little birds are around during the mornings, but sometimes I see several. Since they are not sexually dimorphic, distinguishing between males and females is something I haven't been able to do.

Tufted titmice are a favorite among a select group of bird enthusiasts. To celebrate these charming creatures, I’ve curated a special collection dedicated entirely to them in my photo gallery. Take a look!

If you thought #writing stories is a small, quick task… think again 😂

I would say that this is actually the hardest, most time consuming part of my work. Loving it but it’s always a challenge 🤎

But this also gives me plenty of clarity and I could even say I’m sorting out the blocks for the #book I’m secretly planning…

Today working on my Fine Art pieces. As I did some changes (#mindfulnes > #myths) that means rewriting old texts 🖋️

Have a good day 😘
