Ted Curran M. Ed.<p>Whatever happened to <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/WordPressP2" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WordPressP2</span></a>? I recall it in the early 2010s as a way to turn a <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/WordPress" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WordPress</span></a> site into a <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/selfhosted" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>selfhosted</span></a> <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/Twitter" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Twitter</span></a> alternative. Then they started marketing it as a <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/Slack" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>Slack</span></a> alternative, emphasizing the way they use it internally to guide <a href="https://indieweb.social/tags/remotework" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>remotework</span></a> called [happy tools](<a href="https://happy.tools/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" translate="no" target="_blank"><span class="invisible">https://</span><span class="">happy.tools/</span><span class="invisible"></span></a>). Jenkins<p>Read up a bit on Maybe (self-hostable personal finance software) and got interested and deployed it on my local server last night. Come to find out, while they show bank linking working in their YouTube videos, that is not a feature that’s currently available. Since I don’t feel like constantly importing all of that info from my bank and credit card companies that made it dead in the water for me.
