It's not a fun thing to spend money on, but in the current geopolitical and security situation, it is sadly very necessary.</p><p>Bad news that he's paying for it by cutting international aid. They are sufficiently right leaning but not enough so that people can say: Well, the Tories are worse!</p><p>But what does that mean for democracy? You're voting for politics that is increasingly shifting rightwards, and as they continue to limit choice, you'll be voting for progressively more right wing shit.</p>
