Pentagon chaos:
In three months, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has produced a run of chaos that is #unmatched in the recent history of the Defense Department.
Three members of his inner circle have been accused of leaking to the news media,
and his former spokesman accused the defense secretary of incompetence.
Mr. Hegseth defended his performance on Tuesday, saying his critics were incensed over the rapid changes he has made.

Deportation fight:
The Trump administration continued to #stonewall a federal judge’s demand for information about its efforts to secure the release of a Maryland man who was wrongly deported to El Salvador.
Justice Department lawyers revealed little in court papers filed Tuesday
and lawyers for the man, Kilmar Armando Abrego Garcia, asked the judge for a hearing on the “government’s failure to comply with this court’s orders.”

The #Stonewall National Monument #website just mass deleted words such as "#transgender" without even the care to edit pieces.

A document signed, an order given, a tech running a script. That's how quickly all the promises of the #progressive, #liberal state die.

The website now reads: "At a young age Sylvia began writing for #gay and rights"

This might be the most clear example of revisionist history by our current regime yet.

From GCN magazine: the T and Q have been erased from the US’s national Stonewall monument. I confess, not being American, I didn’t know there was such a monument.

Just checked its website though and apart from one ‘LGBTQ’ way down the page (presumably missed), it’s all ‘LGB’.

When you think what trans women of colour in particular were to the Stonewall Riots…

I’d like to say it beggars belief but of course it doesn’t.

Anyone who thinks they’re not going to come for the LGB bit in due course too is an idiot.
