This week was in Bermondsey, by the river. I took my Chinese toy thermal printing camera. Jenny List<p>I must be one of the few people who train <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/parkour" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>parkour</span></a> whose stride is longer than their plyo.</p><p>Yesterdays <a href="https://mastodon.social/tags/SundaySupaXXL" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>SundaySupaXXL</span></a> jam had a plyo about 1.5m that I couldn't quite manage, I was abput 100mm short, but which I could stride no problems because long legs. </p><p>It's a flexibility thing, I can no longer pull my legs up so quickly. This will probably get better with time.</p><p>Working on strainght arm technique. ""Straight, but not the full-on Elon Musk".</p>
