Defiance!Dick Dale And The Del-Tones – “Misirlou / Eight Till Midnight” Deltone Records 7" 45 RPM US reissue by Capitol Records, but with the Deltone Label Released Mar 1963 I found this in the attic of a highschool girlfriend’s house asked if I could have it just because it looked cool and I knew the b-side track. I then used Misirlou as my radio show theme song for four years (‘88 - ‘92) and it kinda got associated with me and my role in the local music scene. degoedelThe Song Project (Live at Le Poisson Rouge). This is a recording of a live show which gather several of Zorn's compositions on which lyric were added (most notably by Sean Lennon). This was a project that Zorn did for his 60th birthday. Around him are several of his usual partners in crime (Jesse Harris, Mike Patton, Sofia Rei, Marc Ribot...).
