First he announced that people would need to <a href="https://nerdculture.de/tags/RTO" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RTO</span></a> 2 days a week and that this will be tracked. Then he and the company's President showed up for a <a href="https://nerdculture.de/tags/TownHall" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>TownHall</span></a> announcing that we are back to normal, Covid was over, and we have to <a href="https://nerdculture.de/tags/RTO" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>RTO</span></a> at least 4 days a week. He apparently was told that there would be major push back from the audience telling from his body language. Surprisingly nobody in the audience even responded with a single comment. We simply continued <a href="https://nerdculture.de/tags/WFH" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WFH</span></a>. After several weeks it was clear that only some managers and those afraid of being fired showed up regularly. Of those many only to grab a coffee and clock in before leaving again to <a href="https://nerdculture.de/tags/WFH" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#<span>WFH</span></a>.
