We've built, destroyed, and rebuilt our new pneumatic injection molding machine. We're designing new molds, and working to further automate our process. It's Good.

DJ Sundog from the *new* toot-labHere you can see the skeleton that holds the pieces together internally as poor Jacques has no torso or arms! it also shows the cool movement of playmobil legs that make the figs stand or sit but not have their legs stuck in an awkward in between state by having a tab on the back of the skeleton to provide pressure to those two states.Using the multicolored perler beads as the source material makes awesome tie dye legs too - omg!
