Today is officially my 7 years on T anniversary!
It's so awesome to see how much things have changed for the better, and to know I have permanent changes that can't be taken away from me feels so affirming. I'm very lucky

Turns out 7 years ago today, my boyfriend dragged me to a gendercare appointment to get me diagnosed as trans and started on T 2 weeks later

Ok, just half a dozen but coming from a pretty hairless family I wasn't even expecting to develop any.

Today, I booked in my next T shot for the 28th March. It'll be the final shot before I hit 7 years on T, which is hard to believe. I can not believe it's been that long at all

So, I got through the letter from the musculoskeletal team. My lumbar spine has improved by 6.6%, and my femur has improved by 4.6%. They even included the sentence 'BMD has increased at both spine and hip under the influence of testosterone'.
T has had such amazing impacts on my body it's unbelievable. I feel very lucky.
