#Tuta: one month free trial to celebrate #WorldQuantumDay

My first month with @Tutanota is over and I think I'll stay, but not being able to filter incoming emails properly, and yes, I know I can sort emails into folders, but that's hardly enough, is still a bummer. Marking emails as read and preventing further processing is the bare minimum for me. But to be able to write Sieve rules directly would be a dream!
Orrrrr.... Echt jetzt @Tutanota? Echt jetzt? #Tuta #Kontakte #Kontaktverwaltung #Tutanota #SozialeNetzwerke #AusDerHölle

I looked into this a few weeks ago, because I'm not comfortable on Gmail any more either. I like @tuta, but there doesn't seem to be a way to migrate my existing messages without paying €16/month (for the two of us) for more space than we need. If I needed that much space, I would accept the deal and move today. If I were sure I could import my email and then downgrade to the cheaper subscription that does all we need, I'd do that.
Posteo also looks good, and seems to be a very ethical, environmentally-conscious company, but the software proposition isn't as slick as Tuta's. That said, people on Fedi who use Posteo are delighted with it.
I don't know what they've done, but @Tutanota has been syncing my calendar an email at a speed never seen before
The calendar was a big struggle just a few days ago and now it is smooth as butter.
Good jooob!

I can't login through the Android app or web version. Their website isn't loading for me, either.
I've been trying out the free version today. For basic stuff it's fine, but without being able to import some of my Gmail I can't tell if I want to switch. i.e., if the import doesn't work I will not switch because I'm not going to leave 3GB of mail behind without being able to search it.
I guess €3.60 (one month of the Revolutionary plan) isn't a lot to pay to figure out whether Tuta will work for me, but it would be nice if the free plan provided a useful experience on which to base a decision.
There were other limitations of the free plan that make me unsure if it's going to work out in the long run.
I'll try and remember to reply to this post once I have tried out Revolutionary.
