People don't wear suits in Florida by chance, they do it because someone says its expected.</p><p>Second, that means that someone at ULA decided that it was worth their time and energy to make that decision and, apparently, enforce it.</p><p>Maybe that'd be ok if they could get a spaceship to the space station and return it safely to Earth, but they can't, because they have the wrong focus and attention.</p>
