A bit more turning over of web search logs turns up a bunch of decentralised LinkTree projects. But on first inspection they all seem to be blockchain nonsense, so none of them will interoperate with each other;

Blockchain tokens are digital blood diamonds. Their value in based on their scarcity, which is entirely artificial. It's quicker and cheaper (and less lethal) to manufacture diamond from abundant carbons than to mine natural ones. Similarly, it's quicker and cheaper to generate tokens on new blockchins than to mine them on existing ones.

A blockchain is an absolute monarchy encoded on a distributed database. Just like in any feudal monarchy, who the monarch is at any given time is determined by an aristocratic cartel. Made up of whoever owns the majority of the hardware mining on the blockchain.

Federated networks are a distributed database, where the operators of every server in the network control their local state. They are what blockchain boosters think they can get from blockchains. They can't.

It's a trap!
