In retrospect I'd have overpaid for a <a href="https://geekdom.social/tags/Craftsman" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Craftsman</a> house in Denver 20 Y-Ago but we missed that window and bought a walking commute to <a href="https://geekdom.social/tags/Anschutz" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#Anschutz</a> for my wife!
