So, the #Kia #Dealership #ShitShow continues.

I received a reply from the branch manager saying he would investigate, and get my refund done as soon as possible. Apparently, their partner dealership was processing the car at the same time, but their system did not pick this up.

I emailed this morning to say that my refund had still not been processed, and I've just received a reply saying that the accounts team say it's delayed because the card I used initially was expired.

A load of old bullshit! The card was not expired, it shows on my statement, and I gave them exactly the same card to process my refund. They are just fucking with me now.

I found another car at a different Kia dealership and asked the sales clerk if there was any way that this could be an option. I was told no. He said he’d look into other options for me. I contacted the other dealer, explaining to them how I was treated by Reading Kia - and they got me a deal on the car that I saw on their website. I emailed the sales clerk last Wednesday to request my refund of the £500 deposit (for the car that I never got, despite signing the papers) and that I wouldn’t be moving forward with Waylands. I am still waiting for my refund. It has been a terrible experience at this dealership - not even one hint of any compensation or a discount on a different car. Now that I have a Kia, I will not be bringing it anywhere near Waylands for any kind of service or maintenance. Give me my refund back.
