I teach #journalism at University of Southern Denmark (SDU) – focusing on how #DigitalTechnologies influence the way we do journalism.

I’m doing a PhD on how traditional #NewsMedia can use #SocialMedia for the public good, trying to spark a conversation about journalistic content, #democracy #community and interaction with the public – the reason most of us are in journalism. Trying to avoid talking about clicks, subscriptions and commercial goals.

Heading to Oslo tomorrow to launch a learning tool designed for managers and workers interested in ensuring that #digitaltechnologies are implemented in #workplaces in respect of #workersrights and the rule of law.

Huge competency gaps exist making the governance of digital tech very difficult. This tool aims to create a common learning base.
