On February 25, #US secretary of state #MarcoRubio announced restrictions on visas for both government officials in Cuba and any others worldwide who are “complicit” with the island nation’s overseas #medical-assistance programs. Has the Govt. reached an agreement with GPs to resolve the capacity issue that effects so many surgeries?

Well certainly this looks like a step in the right direction....

However, if other areas are like where I live, there is also a need to recognise when large housing developments (or a series of medium sized developments) are completed there needs also to be an expansion of health care... something still too often just ignored.
