magnus (he/him)<p>Tonight I'm cooking 3,5 kg of Osso Buco, and that is just the meat part! Dutch oven in the oven, big pot on the stove - it's a meat Bonanza! Most of my house mates are Vegetarian, so I'm inviting the neighbours over to come and help with the eating.
