I saw a nice floor. I decided to post a photo in case anyone else might like to see a nice floor too. So I had to write an image description. My ignorance about floors is as high as the 142m apartment block the floor is in, so I looked it up. And so I learnt that the floor inside is patterned with shells gathered from the floor of the bay outside. So once again, AltText made me wiser. And it was such a pleasing thing to learn.

On the promenade at Aarhus Ø, sea to our right, filling most of the view. The sky has just a few bare wisps of white cloud. The sea and the sky are luscious shades of blue: blue-black, navy, deep blue, bright light blue. There is so much light and so much blue. To the left edge of the frame, jutting out from the pier, three waterfront apartment blocks. They are striking modern angular shapes - triangular blocks like ice cubes; a rectangular block; then at the end of the pier, the 142-metre, 44-storey narrow oblong Lighthouse building, gleaming bright white in the sun. It overlooks the bay from which the shells came that were used to make its interior floors.
