First the default, <a href="https://chasmcity.net/tags/swaybar" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#swaybar</a>, won't show tray icons. So installed <a href="https://chasmcity.net/tags/waybar" class="mention hashtag" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">#waybar</a>, which has configuration and css stylesheets and now I spent the entire evening tweaking the bar :)
