Let’s establish what is meant by disinformation & misinformation. Misinformation is the sharing of false or inexact information getting the facts wrong. Disinformation is a subset of misinformation; it shares false information with the deliberate intention to mislead. In other words, misinformation could be by mistake, while disinformation is deliberate.

I don’t do New Year’s #Resolutions, but this year I have several New Year’s #Intentions, which makes me feel less like I am setting myself up for failure. One of them is to walk 500 miles this year, which works out to between 9 and 10 miles per week. I see all of the “walk 1000 miles“ challenges out there, but like I said… setting myself up for failure. I believe I can do 500, though.
