Yeah, I still don't understand what the point of that #StarTrekDiscovery season 1 #Klingon look was. I mean, I get the story, but wasn't someone overseeing the story going, "Wait... so the reason the Klingons end up looking like #Worf is that one of their extremists transformed himself into a human, and then had a kid with a "pure" Klingon? Why are we doing this, and doesn't this mess with Klingons in #StarTrekEnterprise?"
It was a weird WEIRD decision.

There's some great touches in 'Baby's First Klingon Words'

I want to see a #StarTrek show where the ship is a Klingon exploration vessel on a mission to explore strange new worlds, seek out new life and expand the Klingon empire!!
The sort of a #Klingon ship that does more exploration than combat would be crewed by the less-warrior oriented, more atypical kind of Klingon than we get to see - scientists, researchers and the like but their attitude and mindset would still be very Klingon.
I’m imagining the captain as a once successful high ranking general who’s been deposed by his rivals for being too clever, reduced to the ‘shameful’ position of captaining an exploration vessel. The crew knows this so he’ll have to earn their respect and also learn to appreciate what they do in the process.
Also the opening theme has to be based on a Klingon opera.
