5 years ago, lockdown in Sicily started.
There were no facemasks, people improvised with what they had, painters masks, scarves, cut up diapers.
Had an illegal BBQ with our friend who got trapped, hauled out alone in a boatyard that shut down and just gave him the gate key but no access to water. He was going crazy, with only Merkel the boatyard dog for company.
Meanwhile our boat started leaking. With no way to haul out I was forced into a very creative repair.

The excellent #iOS #lockdown mode is still a work in progress, although largely working well. I’d like a less-hardcore option for non-direct targets of Putin etc. who are still cautious. In particular, I’d like an option to allow non-secure 
network connection — that was the main reason I previously turned it off 
The per-app configuration is also particularly flaky

Ihre Lehre daraus: Nie wieder soll das Gemeinwohl den Profit schmälern können. Nicht zuletzt wegen Covid zerschlagen sie jetzt alle Einrichtungen, die dem noch entgegenstehen."
Klingt leider ziemlich einleuchtend.

Anche il nostro ricordo del #lockdown è diverso, per me è il ricordo di un periodo duro, per certi versi, ma con l'aria pulita e (poche) persone che correvano nel bel mezzo della strada.

The strain was a casualty of Covid-19 measures (social distancing, masking, lockdown etc.)
