Bryan RubyThis is me in 1991 when I worked for the National Weather Service at their Weather Service Meteorological Observatory in Garden City, KS. I was radar certified and sitting behind me is the console for the WSR-57. This radar was part of a network of conventional weather radars the United States used for their observation and warning programs. This radar was designed/built well before I was born...and included vacuum tubes!
