However, municipal governments are also highly prone & definitely not immune to corruption.</p><p>Especially when municipal governments still allow & are too friendly with corporate lobbyists. Especially when municipal mayors are far too cozy with police unions & not as cozy with citizens they were elected to serve.</p><p>Both of my recommendations for change are resisted by status quo folks who are OK living with municipal government corruption.
