That's how I managed to start my meditation practice over 25 years ago. Same thing re breathing exercises. Doing something 30 days in a row gives your brain the chance to form a habit. Am Montag haben weltweit Gruppen, wie das „International Jewish Anti-Zionist Network“ sowie einige Ableger von „Jewish Voice“, einen gemeinsamen Brief herausgegeben, in dem sie die Resolution verurteilen.„Während sie Lippenbekenntnisse zu ‚allen Facetten‘ jüdischen Lebens macht, verengt die Resolution dieses Leben auf ein Element: den Staat Israel“, heißt es in dem gemeinsamen Statement. Wieland Hoban, Vorsitzender des deutschen Vereins „Jüdische Stimme für gerechten Frieden in Nahost“, findet diesen Punkt „besonders schlimm“. Sein Verein hat den Brief mit unterschrieben.
