My little ZX Spectrum display. :ms_rainbow::ablobmeltsoblove:

This is it: no more to come. I did fancy grabbing a 128K toast-rack model but
everyone wants those because Alan Sugar's Amstrad destroyed the quality of the +2 and +3 so prices are in the silly range, IF you can spot one.

No, I'm happy. Some favourite games represented. Some tapes to gawp at. A funcy stand for the unit itself. My Collector's genes have 'gasmed appropriately and I have achieved one-ness with my shelf.

Ironseed from 1994 is not one I'm familiar with, I only know if I had seen it when I was small I probably would have played it for hours. Ironseed 25th Anniversary Edition is a modern 2020 remake and now it has a Native Linux version.

Hey Masto at large, particularly #retro folks.

I have some rare to extremely rare early-2000's to 2010 CDs that I would like to archive for retro folks. A fair number are driver CDs, but also among them are some extremely rare closed beta stuff. (I'm trying to find my prerelease OS/2 Warp Aurora)
Where's a guide for how to properly archive and where can I upload? All of this is 'free' (drivers, etc.) or close to 20 years past abandoned.

ZX Spectrum, Soviet Style: A 44-IC Clone you can build.

If you’ve ever fancied building a ZX Spectrum clone without hunting down ancient ULAs or soldering your way through 60+ chips, [Alex J. Lowry] has just dropped an exciting build. He has recreated the [Leningrad-1], a Spectrum clone from 1988, with a refreshingly low component count: 44 off-the-shelf ICs.
