When was the last time that you took your cup of tea from a different perspective?

This is one of my ceramic coffee mugs.

It can withstand extremely high temperatures making it perfectly suitable for tea. If I would want to melt metal in it it would not be any problem {not really you can just put the molten metal in it}

On the link you can read a little about ceramics and about the power that they have when withstanding extreme Heat!

I'm not going to tell you that tea is better than your coffee, or that coffee is better than tea, I mean how long will you live, 90 years? then you're very lucky, 70 years? that may be about the average, 60 years? that means you're having a lot of fun, 50 years? that means you have had too much fun, whatever it is drink what you like, and be blissful in the moment just like me

The quote below seems a strange argument against a sugar tax. The whole point of it is to discourage the buying of high-sugar drinks, so in that case people wouldn't be paying more anyway.

"Shadow Health Minister Anne Ruston has said the Coalition also doesn’t support a sugar tax, saying there were better ways to encourage healthy eating and preventive health, without hurting the hip pockets of families."

Is there a fucking #sugar crisis at the moment? Every cafe rations it like it’s gold. No sugar on the table. If you beg them nicely they *may* deign to bring you one (two if you’re really lucky) “sticks” of sugar (in overpackaged, tiny quantities) 🤬

Is there a crime wave of people stashing sugar in their pockets for use at home & causing cafes huge financial losses…? 🤔😕

@archaeohistories Although #Irish #coffee was rather popular in the old days in the Netherlands, bars and restaurants these days make a #mess of it. It is much easier to take cream out of a siphon than to use fresh half-whipped #cream.
The result? Cream running in streaks from the rim to the bottom on the inside of the glass. And to add insult to injury, they never ask if you use #sugar beforehand. They just give you a #spoon. Arrgghhh! 🤬
