The Mountain Cow is a surprisingly large model for something on a 100mm base. Honestly, with its wide power stance it would look just fine on a 110 or 120mm base. Either way: don't grab this bull by the horns.

I designed this take on the old card model a few years back. The idea of how to redesign it got stuck in my head and in less than three days I had modelled and painted it.

That is working at light speed for me.

Finished #3DPrinting this absolutely ludicrous specimen, a #Warhammer #40k #Tyranid Hierophant proxy by StationForge (combining parts from two of their biotitan models and a few other bits).

I have no reason for doing this other than "I can". It's going to be absolute dogshit on the tabletop, for sure.

A very large "miniature", 30x30x30cm, of a huge alien creature that resembles a cross between an armour plated spider and a Xenomorph from Alien.

Chapter's Due is... a satisfying conclusion to the series. It isnt the best book in the Uriel Ventris Chronicles. Black Sun is great and Courage and Honor and Nightbringer are actually all better books. But, it does tie up most of its loose ends. It also gives you a broader perspective on the Chapter because it has Calgar and Sicarius as PoV characters but also thats kinda why I like it least. Its more deus machina than the others. I like when #warhammer #books are about making sacrifices. #40k

Warhammer Fantasy Imperial Altdorf Halberdiers

25 Warhammer miniatures on a movement tray in a 5 by 5 formation. They are painted as the original box art from the 90s, with a combination of red and blue, and a silver armor with a golden chestplate. The bases are painted in goblin green. The unit is headed by three command miniatures, a musician with a hammer and a horn, a captain in full plate armor and a flag bearer with a sword. This photo shows the miniatures from the left side.

I think the funniest thing about the Ultramarine death vow thing is that it comes from a place of "if you had followed the codex you would have died on that mission. You survived ergo you are exiled." And the response of "How can I make it right?" Gets the answer "I have a mission that is impossible according to the codex." #warhammer #40k

My partner has a #CorvusCabal warband for #warcry, which I painted for her. I kinda wanted to enter this one into #goldendemon this year, but this one doesn't have any basing and I'd need to fix some things. Still a cool though!
