If this individual was a unit in an RTS game, I think they would most likely use a flamethrower. And have a weird, hissing voice. Or mechanical. Hmm. Or actually, a rather low and calm voice in contrast to everything else could work too.
But no silly puns. I love puns but unless it's ones I haven't heard before, that's been used sooooo much. "Feel the burn"? Well, maybe not.
