Nun hat die #Datenschutzorganisation #Noyb bei der norwegischen Aufsicht eine Beschwerde gegen #OpenAI eingereicht.

Der Vorwurf: Verletzung des Rechts auf #Datenrichtigkeit und mangelhafte Auskunft. Der Fall zeigt die Risiken sogenannter KI-„Halluzinationen“, die reale Menschen schwer schädigen können.

Sedan 2023 har vi kunnat luta oss mot EU-US Data Privacy Framework för att överföra personuppgifter till amerikanska företag. Avtalet har varit tveksamt och Max Schrems (som fick avtalets två föregångare ogiltigförklarade) har varit minst sagt skeptisk till det. Nu verkar det tyvärr som att USA själva äventyrar avtalets giltighet.

Dafür lässt #Facebook alle Scam-Postings & Crypto-Betrugs-Ads stehen. Weil das viel Geld einspielt.

@noybeu This complaint has been addressed in the Security Now podcast episode 980 (starting minute 43:04), of which I'm a long-time loving listener. I'm also a long-time #noyb fan, which is why Steve Gibson's criticism of the complaint irritates me. He calls noyb's statement "full of misconceptions and an utter lack of understanding of what Google is trying to do."
