Marta intends to wean Iris off it, by casting a weak version of the spell, but she gets the timing wrong and Iris dies, yet that is only the beginning...

Finally sat down and watched 'The Well'. What a great episode! S2 is going from strength to strength. Belinda is amazing as the new companion, and Ncuti Gatwa is just phenomenal. Has the charm, otherworldliness, and vulnerability of the 11th Doctor, but also completely does his own thing on a whole different level.
I also love how this season the show manages to stretch the limits of its 12+ rating and touches upon horror-y territory to such a degree. More of that, please.
