@gratisrollenspieltag

My next enamel pin project is on the horizon!

"Magic Tea Party" will feature 9 tea themed pins. The first three designs could be familiar to everyone who's been following me, but there'll be more 💙
It's part of #Pintopia and will launch on January 23rd! You can sign up for e-mail notifications on the Pre-Launch page so you won't miss it.

@zarfeblong I want everyone to understand that "a nonprofit organization connecting information #Kickstarter, #BackerKit, #IndieGogo and other platforms" is redundant. The platforms can connect directly with each other!

If you raise funds on KS or IGG and manage the fulfillment with BK, you can transfer all the backer data with a few clicks. I've done it. It's *easy*.

And when the direct connection isn't set up, a lot of times you can still just download a CSV file from one site, and upload it to another. That's how I get shipping addresses bulk-imported to Stamps dot com. A few extra steps, but not hard.

Putting any third party in the middle is pointless. KS could openly publish the code they use to do it right now.

What they *can't* publish or make open-source is the data stream that goes over these connections. Backer full names, home addresses, and credit card details! Those are legally protected as hell.
