Yesterday, I purchased a Snap Tite model kit of my favourite piece of military hardware, the F-15 Eagle jet fighter.
I'm planning on painting it after I snap it together, but I'd like to do something with either a dark witchy or cherry blossom flavoured vibe. I've done the latter on a flower pot that I have, so I have a base there, at least.
Any of y'all ever done something like this? Advice is appreciated!
Just finished this beauty last night!! #modelkit #wonderwoman Had a great time putting her together - she was my most involved kit yet! Also my first non-bandai kit. #kotobukiya #model #kit
Bought my first #gunpla model!
I've been working on this tiny room off and on for about a year and it's finally time to start assembling it!
The single hardest item to construct was definitely the chandelier, which started off as wire, heat shrink tubing, and a flat strip of painted metal. Everything had to be cut to length, formed, and soldered/bent together.
This isn't a scratch build, though. It's a kit called "Sam's Study" sold by Rolife. I couldn't resist a kit with so many books in it!
Let's test the reach of #Mastodon ...
I'm looking for an extremely rare 1/48 scale #modelkit #plasticmodel of the #Lockheed #XST aka the #HaveBlue project (development proof of concept for the later F-117A Nighthawk).
It is a #vacuform kit made by #Maintrack under model number #PX401 and looks like this... (or the #Attic equivalent)
Any tips regarding where I can still get one (or a boost) would be highly appreciated!
