September is always such a burnt out month for me, so this year for #SciArtSeptember I ignored the prompts and just started painting bees. #SeptemBee? I ended up with dozens of little paintings of bees from five different families! Most of these bees (except for the European wool carder bee) are native to my little corner of NW #Colorado. Isn't #biodiversity beautiful?

If you like my bees, stay tuned! Next month starts #Invertober and #Inktober, and while I have not found any official invert prompt lists yet, I do intend to continue painting little guys. Maybe I'll even branch out beyond bees - I hear wasps are pretty neat.
