More than 80 participants joined Montreal's Critical Mass yesterday. The vibe and energy were excellent; however, the temperature was quite cold, especially at a slow pace. We finished the ride at Mabrasserie for a nice social moment.

I look forward to next month's event (with warmer temperature :-)

My thighs are aching remembering that deadlift. (My knees, too.)

When my kids were smaller, I did it in #Paris, #NYC, #Toronto, and, far too often, in #Montreal.
