Friday really does not know what to do with itself here in deepest, darkest Yorkshire. Out the back it’s cloudy & a bit grim, out the front there’s a promising patch of blue sky & the sun is trying to break thru.

My foot was giving me some right gyp last night & again this morning so will give it a bit of a rest - I don’t want the plantar fasciitis kicking off again I’ve only just got rid of it!

Another quiet day of reading ahead I think, overall tired & low on spoons & motivation.

Good morning friendlings 💕

This was the view, late in my walk yesterday and still miles from home (or anywhere), during the gradual descent from these high heathlands and as the shadows grew long. Looking across to the distant hills on the opposite side of the valley that earlier in the afternoon I had traversed

After a 20+ mile trek, I feel justified in not walking today 😉😘

Wednesday started off quite bright but has quickly gone downhill weather wise it’s now really overcast & despite the forecast for no rain today looks like it might just go ahead & rain anyway.

Can’t go shopping this morning as Mrs S has to go visit a client. Maybe tomorrow. It’s not desperate we have stuff in the freezer.

Happy Easter to those who celebrate, formally or less so. 😊

Seems the Easter bunny, against all biological principles, has been & laid a large chocolate egg for me, & a box of what I hope are truffles! (Don’t go there! 😆)

There are no real plans for today, we’ll no doubt finish ‘The Last of Us’ but that’s about it.

Saturday has broken past the barricades erected by Monday thru Friday & is merrily pushing all at the Squirrel den ahead of it.

No set plans for today, Mrs S has expressed an interest in binge watching the ‘Last of Us’ I’m not sure she fully appreciates the nature of it but I’ll take what I can get! 😆

Well Good Friday has started a bit grey & cold. We have rain forecast for most of the day.

Mrs S is going shopping this morning so I should get a little peace.

Apparently we are eschewing Easter eggs & going for a chocolate Easter cake!
Suits me! 😊

No plans other than doing my normal chores so far. I might go for a walk if the rain stops for long enough.

#Today is a day of routine for me, which should let me catch up on some projects and leave enough time for a midday nap. I’m trying to get that incorporated back into my life as a regular thing.

Then I need to make a few more signs for the Rush-hour Resistance Rally I’m hosting on Weds.
