I'm playing my first multiplayer game of SA, with some friends. I've *just* realised that I can't just bully whoever is a convenient target, because then they'll all realise they can gang up on me.

I need an ally. Hm. I've just tricked Andromalius (north) into weakening a place of power so I could capture it (who then sent an insult), I've just sent an extortion demand to Astaroth (east) so I can vendetta his weakened legion, and Beelzebub (west) seems weak and has already insulted me once while I was busy with Andromalius. I could cancel my turn before it goes through and try to forge an alliance with Astaroth, only that player and Beelzebub's are a couple, so that wouldn't work.

Hm. Maybe Belial? They're on the other side of my neighbours from me. I could offer to distract them so that Belial can come in and take a place of power himself... Maybe him and Mammon, since Mammon is using Chains of Avarice on him maybe they'll stay non-hostile to each other.

This politics stuff is more fun than I thought it would be, and I'm not even doing it right.

Aw yeah! My favourite streamer playing a game my friend worked on (just recently released!), vs other folks from the studio including the studio head.

If you like strategy board games, or turn based strategy, or even just fun games about Hell it's well worth a look. I've been really enjoying it!
