Over a dissent, Massachusetts' Supreme Judicial Court upheld Uber's terms of service and determined that a man left quadriplegic will have to bring his claims against Uber in arbitration, where they will likely fail because of the rest of Uber's terms, which insulate it from liability for the torts of its drivers.
