La foto non è pubblicabile perché mi è uscita fuori fuoco, ma oggi ho provato un fantastico aperitivo, twist del #Negroni.
30ml di Suze
30ml mezcal
15ml vermouth bianco
15ml vermouth dry.
Complesso, affumicato (dipende però dal Mezcal che usate, non tutti lo sono), fresco.
Buono così tanto che ve lo mostro comunque, anche se la foto fa cagare.

Il cocktail descritto, servito in un tumbler con un grosso tocco di ghiaccio e guarnito con una buccia di limone.
