So #FOSDEM is over, I wasn't there this year, but regardless whether I'm physically present or not, I always end up with huge #playlist of #talks I want to listen to. And as videos started to appear already, I know that next several weeks (maybe months) I'll be catching up during my daily commute

I've been doing talks on impostor syndrome since 2015 but this still gets me nearly every time:

"The short term interests of companies are not always aligned with the long term interests of our community, or of our society. Sometimes it seems nonsensical to me seeing some of the organisations and companies do things that are not in their long term business interests. And it's because many of the folks making the decisions are more concerned about getting good quarterly results than they are about the long term health of their product."
