I have wept with my whole #heart too many times.

I cannot #cry on demand, but when the heart weeps I can't keep the #tears back.

Few tears are in my eyes most of life,
But more tears than many when the whole heart #weeps.

I don't want to weep like that again yet I know I will, I must.

My most valuable practical tool for managing big emotions (especially as an Autistic) is to train yourself to cry to a specific song.

It takes a while but every time you feel about to cry or need to cry play the same song. Not a song you will listen to otherwise.

Over time when you need to cry the song will help you cry faster and more deeply. Its incredible.

I stumbled upon this #video today, and I have seen it several times on different platforms. And every time it make me #cry. I wish I had bio parents like this.(I have a chosen family I adore above anything tho)
